DESCRIPTION:[vc_row type=”full-nopad”][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css=””] \n\n\nDe lokale grønne treparter er i fuld gang med at omsætte den grønne trepart til konkrete forandringer i det danske landskab.   \nDet rejser en række vigtige spørgsmål: Hvordan oplever borgerne den grønne omstilling? Hvad forventer de af de lokale treparter? Og hvordan kan borgerne få en meningsfuld rolle\, når nye planer for natur\, klima og arealanvendelse skal udvikles og gennemføres?  \nPå denne konference samler vi forskere og praktikere\, der arbejder med Den Grønne Trepart\, for at gøre status over de første erfaringer og sammen undersøge\, hvad der skal til for at skabe et stærkt og inkluderende landskabsdemokrati.  \nVi sætter særligt fokus på borgernes rolle i Den Grønne Trepart – både i arbejdet med de konkrete omlægningsplaner og i spørgsmålet om\, hvordan der kan skabes folkeligt ejerskab til de omfattende forandringer af vores landskaber.   \nDu kan blandt andet høre om borgernes holdninger og forventninger til Den Grønne Trepart\, om nye metoder til borgerinddragelse og om erfaringer med at skabe dialog og samarbejde mellem borgere\, lodsejere\, kommuner\, organisationer og andre aktører.  \nKom og bliv klogere på\, hvor vi står – og vær med til at diskutere\, hvordan vi sammen kan udvikle et landskabsdemokrati\, der gør borgerne til aktive deltagere i den grønne omstilling. Der vil være god tid til dialog\, diskussion og erfaringsudveksling på tværs af forskning og praksis.  \nDu kan blandt andet møde:\n\nBirgit S. Dagen byder på oplæg fra eksperter\, cases fra kommuner og lokale energifællesskaber samt fælles refleksioner og faciliterede arbejdssessioner\, hvor du får mulighed for at omsætte ny viden til din egen virkelighed.  \nForstå energifællesskaberne og deres potentiale\nVi starter dagen med et fælles afsæt for\, hvad energifællesskaber er\, og hvorfor de bliver en stadig vigtigere del af fremtidens energisystem. Vi dykker ned i\, hvordan energifællesskaber kan bidrage til stabil energiproduktion\, aflastning af energinettet og større lokalt ejerskab.  \nKommunen som igangsætter og facilitator\nI dagens anden blok zoomer vi ind på kommunens rolle i opstartsfasen. Vi sætter fokus på\, hvordan kommunen kan engagere borgere og lokale virksomheder\, hvilke aktører der er vigtige at få med fra begyndelsen\, og hvilke redskaber kommunen kan bringe i spil for at understøtte lokale initiativer. Denne del af dagen vil også stille skarpt på\, hvad kommunen må og kan i understøttelsen af energifællesskaber.  \nOrganisering og juridiske rammer\nEfter frokost retter vi blikket mod de organisatoriske og juridiske spørgsmål. Vi dykker ned i forskellige typer af energifællesskaber\, ejerskabsmodeller og de juridiske rammer\, der har betydning for etablering\, drift og samarbejde mellem borgere\, virksomheder og offentlige aktører.  \nHvem kan deltage\nKurset er et åbnet arrangement\, men er primært målrettet kommunale klimakoordinatorer\, og andre kommunalt ansatte der arbejder med grøn omstilling.
