Even the best-designed reuse solutions only succeed when people actively choose them – again and again. And in a future where reusable packaging increasingly becomes the default\, it will be crucial to design systems that make reuse intuitive and effortless. \nIn this presentation\, behavioural design and nudging expert Sille Krukow shares insights into why people do not automatically change their habits and how behavioural design can make reusable packaging the easy\, attractive and natural choice. \nDrawing on experiences from projects for the European Commission\, Joe & The Juice\, Copenhagen Zoo and Torvehallerne\, Sille shares practical insights into how nudging\, communication and behavioural design can support the implementation and wider adoption of reusable packaging systems. \nParticipants will gain insights into how behavioural design principles – combined with the strategic use of colours\, shapes\, icons and other design elements – can make the transition from single-use packaging to well-functioning reuse systems both easier and more effective. \n  \n12:00 – 12:45 | Lunch and networking \n  \n12:45 – 13:45 | Policy conversation: From pilots to systems – who needs to do what? \nOver the past three years\, Change(K)now has demonstrated that reusable food packaging systems can work in practice.
