This report gives an overview of the gained knowledge and conclusions from case #1. The purpose of case #1 is to test a number of different heat pump systems installed with a storage and controls, in order to support and balance the electricity consumption. By utilize private dwellings and their energy systems to decrease the fluctuation in the electricity consumption during peak hours, the usages of renewable energy are increased. Case #1 will investigate the effects of heat pump systems installed with storage tanks in order to offer flexibility the electricity grid.
